Returns and Exchanges
Exchange-
At MRYGA we offer 3-day exchange policy from the day of the date of delivery of your order. For exchange request please drop us email (Mentioning order number) at info@mryga.com with an image highlighting the defect/damage within 48 hours of order delivery. In case of manufacturing defect, we will exchange the product once sufficient proof is submitted. If the same product is not available you can order another product of same or higher value. The only thing that you have to ensure is that the product is not damaged, used or washed, and should be in resalable condition with all the original tags intact. All our products are are one of a kind. Therefore, in order to ensure fairness towards the craftsmen, we will be unable to initiate an exchange for a product that has already been exchanged once.
We would request you to self-ship the product to the shipping address shared with you via a reliable courier partner of your choice. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package, for us to be able to take over the process. All courier charges for return/exchange parcel to be borne by customer.
Once we receive the product from you, the exchange will be processed and dispatched within the next 5 to 7 business days.
Products bought under Sale or promotional offer are not applicable for exchange.
RETURNS
Our shipments are carefully inspected before being shipped to you. However, in case you are not satisfied with your purchase, all you have to do is follow the simple instructions below:
· Initiate the process within 3 days of order delivery by writing to us at info@mryga.com, mentioning the order number and the issue you are facing with the item delivered.
· The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
· Retain the original packaging by keeping the tags, labels if any, intact.
· If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per customer demand.
We would request you to self-ship the product to the shipping address shared with you via a courier partner of your choice. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package, for us to be able to take over the process. All courier charges for return/exchange parcel to be borne by customer.
The product received will be inspected for quality and if approved by the Quality Checking team, Return will be accepted. Every product that is available on our website is made with love by our artisans. In our efforts to support the artisan community, protecting their interests and valuing their efforts, we will be unable to accommodate exchange /return requests for orders that are shipped against previously returned/exchanged order.
All custom-made orders are not eligible for return.
All returns are subject to the discretion of Team Mryga Approval, but rest assured, as we value the satisfaction of our customers above everything else!
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mryga.com and accept Mryga Team decision regarding the return validation that is – if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not. Non-Valid return will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be blacklisted for future purchases. Repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation. For repeated return of products from a customer i.e. more than 50% of the delivered products, the customer will be intimated that future orders on non-cancellation and non-return basis. Afterwards, all future orders will be processed on mentioned conditions.
Products bought under Sale or promotional offer are not applicable for Return.
Cancellation Policy –
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@mryga.com
No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Mryga.com and accept Mryga decision regarding the cancellation.
CANCELLATION BY MRYGA:
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.
